General Terms and Conditions for Travel Coaching in Chile

Terms & conditions

Provider: Glosoli Travels Chile
Customer: The person who has purchased a travel coaching package.


1. Services

1.1. The customer selects a coaching package (Easy, Adventure or Extreme) with corresponding services and pricing.
1.2. Services are available on the days the customer’s package is active.
1.3. The exact services and time limits for each package are described on the website and are part of these terms and conditions.
1.4. Although services might relate to more than one person (like a family car that breaks down) , the services are only provided to (travel issues of) the customer, he or she is the sole contact person for the provider. 
1.5. Travel coaching is explicitly meant for individuals. It is not meant for group travels (i.e. a group of people traveling together without family relationship, often under supervision of a tour operator).


2. Availability and Time Limits

2.1. The customer will receive support within the time limits of the chosen package.
2.2. If the customer requires more time than included in the package, additional time can be offered at a pre-agreed rate.
2.3. Support is solely provided within Chile (!) business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
2.4. Support outside the in 2.3. mentioned time-slot is only available as an extra paid service. 


3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. The customer pays the daily rate of the chosen package in advance or according to the agreed payment terms.
3.2. Cancellation of the package is possible up to 72 hours before the start date. After this period, the full amount will be charged.
3.4. In case of early termination by the customer during the travel, the remaining amount will not be refunded.


4. Responsibilities

4.1. The provider will make every effort to support the customer as best as possible, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., resolving an issue with a car garage).
4.2. The customer remains responsible for their own travel decisions and actions.
4.3. The provider is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury during the customer’s trip.


5. Emergencies

5.1. A 24/7 emergency hotline is available as an extra paid service. 
5.2. For emergencies assistance outside business hours, the provider will attempt to respond as quickly as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.


6. Disputes and Changes

6.1. Disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation.
6.2. The provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes.


7. Agreement

7.1. By purchasing a coaching package, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
7.2. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the provider and the customer.
